Who we are
Antrenman Defteri is a gym workout logbook that calculates your next target (called Workout Logbook in English), made by Albovix. For the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Albovix is the data controller. Contact: contact@albovix.com.
Stored on your device
The app saves this information locally so it works between sessions:
- Your routines, exercises (including any you add yourself) and the notes you write on them
- Your workouts: every set with its weight, reps, time, distance, set type and rest time
- Body measurements you enter (body weight, body fat, circumferences)
- Your settings: theme, language, units, bar and plate set, rest timer and reminder preferences
- Backup (JSON) and CSV files you create yourself, handed to the system share sheet and saved wherever you choose
This stays on your device and the developer cannot see it.
If you have turned on your device's own backup (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), the system may include the app's data in that backup under your own Apple or Google account. We have no access to it. The app itself never sends it anywhere.
What we collect
Nothing. In particular, the app does not collect:
- your name, email or phone number
- your location
- advertising identifiers or any advertising data
- analytics or usage tracking
- crash reports
- your contacts, files or browsing history
Permissions
Notifications: asked for the first time you use the rest timer or turn on workout-day reminders. The rest-timer alert and the reminders are scheduled on your device by the system's own notification service; nothing is sent to a server. You can turn them off in the app's settings or in your system settings at any time.
Third-party services
No third-party service receives your data from the app.
Sharing. When you tap a share button, the app hands a short text or image to your device's share sheet. You choose where it goes, or cancel. The app never sends it anywhere by itself.
Web pages. Links such as this privacy policy open in your device's browser. The browser and the website follow their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
On your device. Uninstalling Antrenman Defteri deletes everything it stored on your device.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under GDPR and KVKK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, kvkk.gov.tr). Email contact@albovix.com; we reply within 30 days.
Because the app collects no personal data, there is normally nothing for us to give, correct or delete.
Children
Antrenman Defteri collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Security
Your data never leaves your device, where it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, encryption).
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.

Biz kimiz
Antrenman Defteri, Albovix tarafından geliştirilen bir sonraki antrenman hedefini hesaplayan bir spor salonu defteridir. AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) bakımından veri sorumlusu: Albovix. İletişim: contact@albovix.com.
Cihazınızda saklananlar
Uygulama oturumlar arasında çalışabilmek için şunları cihazınızda saklar:
- Rutinleriniz, hareketleriniz (kendi eklediğiniz hareketler dahil) ve bunlara yazdığınız notlar
- Antrenmanlarınız: her setin ağırlığı, tekrarı, süresi, mesafesi, set türü ve dinlenme süresi
- Girdiğiniz vücut ölçüleri (kilo, yağ oranı, çevre ölçüleri)
- Ayarlarınız: tema, dil, birimler, bar ve disk seti, dinlenme sayacı ve hatırlatma tercihleri
- Kendi oluşturduğunuz yedek (JSON) ve CSV dosyaları; sistemin paylaşım sayfasına verilir ve seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir
Bunlar cihazınızda kalır ve geliştirici tarafından görülemez.
Cihazınızın kendi yedeklemesini (iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme, Android'de Google yedeklemesi) açtıysanız sistem uygulama verisini kendi Apple veya Google hesabınız altındaki yedeğe ekleyebilir. Bu yedeğe bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulama bu veriyi hiçbir yere göndermez.
Topladıklarımız
Hiçbir şey. Özellikle şunlar toplanmaz:
- adınız, e-postanız veya telefonunuz
- konumunuz
- reklam kimlikleri veya reklam verisi
- analitik veya kullanım takibi
- çökme raporları
- rehberiniz, dosyalarınız veya tarama geçmişiniz
İzinler
Bildirimler: dinlenme sayacını ilk kullandığınızda ya da antrenman günü hatırlatmasını açtığınızda sorulur. Dinlenme uyarısı ve hatırlatmalar cihazınızın kendi bildirim sistemiyle cihazda planlanır; sunucuya hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Uygulama ayarlarından ya da sistem ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulamadan hiçbir üçüncü taraf hizmete veri gitmez.
Paylaşma. Paylaş düğmesine bastığınızda uygulama kısa bir metni veya görseli cihazınızın paylaşım menüsüne verir. Nereye gideceğini siz seçersiniz ya da vazgeçersiniz. Uygulama kendi başına hiçbir yere göndermez.
Web sayfaları. Bu gizlilik politikası gibi bağlantılar cihazınızın tarayıcısında açılır. Tarayıcı ve web sitesi kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Saklama ve silme
Cihazınızda. Antrenman Defteri uygulamasını kaldırmak, cihazınızda sakladığı her şeyi siler.
Haklarınız
Nerede yaşarsanız yaşayın, hakkınızda hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu öğrenmeyi, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin durdurulmasını isteyebilir, onayınızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında ayrıca veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, kvkk.gov.tr) şikâyet hakkınız vardır. contact@albovix.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için genellikle verebileceğimiz, düzeltebileceğimiz veya silebileceğimiz bir veri yoktur.
Çocuklar
Antrenman Defteri çocuklar dahil kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
Güvenlik
Verileriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz; orada cihazınızın kendi güvenliğiyle (şifre, şifreleme) korunur.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulama bu politikayı etkileyecek şekilde değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
